This project expands on our ongoing partnership with the Ecological Continuity Trust, aiming to bring otherwise hard to access areas to the people.
Players can explore 3D replicas of real-life locations where they can watch 360 videos we recorded on Plynlimon. Through these videos the players can learn more about what sort of research is being done, and why it is so important to keep doing these experiments.
On top of that, players can take a virtual hot air balloon flight and take in the sights of Plynlimon from above. To achieve this we used a drone to capture aerial 360 footage and then combined this with a 3D hot air balloon, giving the players an experience to remember.
